I made pre booking for a collection in December. On the date of the collection, I called in to change the time of the collection 9 minutes short of their 1 hour notice that is required. When I moved the booking, the first person I spoke to made no mention of the cancellation fee and simply changed the booking. I received an SMS stating that the booking had been cancelled. When I called back, the second person I spoke to assured me that it had not been cancelled, just moved to the later time I had requested. Again, no mention made of a cancellation fee, probably because I was to when they said the booking had not been cancelled when in fact it had. I don't think this is a responsible business practice. Had I been informed about this the first time around, I may not have moved the booking due to the financial impact it would have, but Goodfellas seem desperate for money and would rather keep quiet and bill you later. In addition to this, they were supposed to reduce the cost of the trip due to a previous lapse in service (not to mention the time they overcharged me). This was not done and if I hadn't queried it, I'm sure they would be happy to keep the funds...
