Bad services with the booking for mother's day

I have to add my disappointment in the way you handle your so called clients. This booking was paid for on time (Friday 26th April). We were sent confirmation emails on Monday confirming receipt and that our vouchers will be available in 3 - 5 working days.

We had to call in and get further information and we were assured that by Thursday 2nd May our vouchers will be available there was an error on your system.

For you to come back and not give us an alternative but a refund is disgusting. We have already made our booking with Amaduku and have taken leave from work and made other arrangements which has costs to it for next weekend's booking.

If this is the way you handle your customers, then forget about getting business from me or anyone I associate with and will definitely make sure that SA knows about this.
