Dr Ugan Chetty
Very Dissapointed! Terrible Service!

Being a person who hardly exercised to someone who now trains 5 days a week, it took a toll on my knees. I was refered by a very good friend of mine to see Dr Ugan Chetty for knee braces. I made an appointment & was consulted on the 17th of April 2013 by Nicholas. He was very thorough, told me to send through the necessary documents & he will forward to the medical aid & they usually have an outcome within 5 days. The same day I did as asked & sent through the relevant documents & was contacted by their offices to say their internet was down but they will submit as soon as its up. It is now the 10th of July 2013. I have made numerous phonecalls to the office. I even contacted Nicholas directly. No one got back to me and no one had any answers. In the last 3 weeks I was dealing with the lady in accounts & she told me that she managed to sort everything out & that the medical aid said they would get back to her on Monday the 1st of July 2013. When I called on the Monday, she was no longer working there!? The new girl had no idea of my claim, I was not on the system & my file was missing!?? I called the medical aid today to be told that no motivation was submitted!
