Disgusting service from Honda Northcliff

I recently purchased a demo vehicle from Honda Northcliff and dealt with Nicholas. Four weeks ago (this Friday) I went to the dealership & signed the papers. I was assured by Nicholas that the new registration disc was on order & be be ready the following week. Needless to say no call from Nicholas so I called 3 times to ask him where it was. First he said their land lines were not working, then he said that the lady did not bring the permits, finally he offered to drop it off on his way home. No sign of him or a call to apologise? I called the next day and was told that he had resigned &left the building. I explained what the story was to Edward who said he would send up a temporary permit and get the new one within a week which he did. Today is a week and yet again I have had to call Edward only to be told that Nicholas has my file and I must call him. I am so sick of this treatment and told him that I am the client & have no intention of calling Nicholas & that he must sort it out. His manner was very unprofessional in my opinion & in fact I got the impression he did not have a clue who I was. So, 4 weeks on I wait to see who is going to call me
