May be ungrateful I don't hope so

Thank you for the phone call from Lammy, I would like to give a smile but it's not that I am ungrateful, I went 9/07/13 to the walk in branch at Vereeniging did ask Lammy what time they open she said 8 o'clock came there on door say 8.30. Wait for an half an hour before they let us in, I ask Elize will she please give me the estimate amount Bonitas will pay on the "narkorse" I need to budget for the differences she said she can't give it to me she will send it to the JHB offices (090713Q113R1) and they have 3 days to reply on it. This is not acceptable why can't the draw it from the system, I need to know approximately what amount I will pay in my self. I need to do planning how I will pay the difference. As you aware the dr's and hospital moving away these it the patient responsibility we need to learn all these procedures of the medical aids. Somewhere must Bonitas and member get a way to work through it.
