Bad Attitude and no help at all

I posted this report: Hi, i have contacted beverly about four month ago (could be more) requesting her to check why the lab is phoning me for an amount not paid.to date the query is still not sorted out and the lab has been harassing me since january... absolutely pathetic service from bonitas again

After a long time a lady by the name of Lammy phones me and tell me that bonitas will not pay for it. I then requested her to email me what she is telling and she as said ok. To date nothing...

Utterly disgusted in her way of responding.
