Why am I paying for this?
Why do I have to call in every time to get it fixed?
Why does the fix last only a week at best?
Why is there no quality control from Vitality?

This is becoming a serious nuisance!
Too much time lost chasing it up, money spent on phone calls, instead of actually working.
Please take this serious - I am buying the ADSL service from you, so am not interested if it's telkom.
You sell, I pay, you make sure it works and keeps working. I keep paying.
Please propose a lasting solution & compensation.
