No one bothers to contact me

I called your call centre and asked for someone to phone me with info about your medical aid. No one calls, I then fill out a call me back form on your website and still no call. I am looking at joining you as on your website it says great service yet you do not even call a person back?? So either your service is terrible or you are not telling the truth on your website.
