I have obtained the required pre-authorisation for 2 hospital admissions. Authorization was given as laid down in the Prescribed Minimum Benefit Programme. Both hospitals were short paid. Several enquiries to the call centre by phone and email and were advised to resubmit accounts. No feedback to myself or the hospitals or myself. I cannot phone the call centre every day as it takes forever for them to answer the phone and then besides that they are unable to assist.

I am awaiting urgent feedback as both the hospitals now demand payment from me which is unacceptable.
