TERRIBLE SERVICE & BAD ATTITUDE

Myself and my husband are interested in joining the gym and seeing that we are members of the Liberty myliferewards systems, we enquired at Planet fitness as we receive a discount. I completed the "contact me" form online, 3 weeks ago and I am still awaiting their call. We then called them seeing that we were not getting joy via their website, as we needed a bit more information regarding the terms and conditions and what we would be entitled to when joining the gym via the discounted rates.

However a very unhelpful guy named Danie from the Bedford Square branch told us that he cannot assist as he does not have the information and he told us to go to the website as all the information is on there.

Well! MR Danie and planet fitness all the information is not on your website and seeing that you not interested in my business I will go to VIRGIN ACTIVE! I will also make sure that I tell every single person I know that you guys! and that you do not value your customers!

I will also be reporting your bad service to the LIBERTY LIFE myliferewards Team!
