Poor service & quality of acrylic nails

I came in to get my nails done. My nail technician (Nomzikwe/Nomza?) advised me that there was a special on acryclic tips which I decided to go for. The nail technician didn't have the best attitude as she was constantly looking outside the store and making it very obvious that she wasn't paying as much attention to my nails.
I was happy with my nails until the next day when, on 6 of my nails, the acrylic hardner (stuff put over the tip) was lifting (it had airbubbles under it and you can see a very definite difference between the nails that didn't have this problem).
I am from Cape Town and flew out on the Sunday after my appointment therefore was unable to come in-store and complain.
I was advised that these tips last up to 2 weeks - but with them all now lifting, it looks like it might not even last a week.
I am very disappointed with the quality of service and doubt I will ever visit the store again.
