Inapropriate deceit, generic medication

This morning at 5am upon makin way to the pharmacy for my 2 year old. Apteker wilna van wyk had not enligtened me of the generics rather issued without asking nor enlightening me. Also with their exorbnetent levies ie the dispensing fee.

Normally a pharmacist would lighten one however this was contrary. Please be more alert and enlighten patients when collecting medication if u have in stock or not.

As the prescription was not requiring generics and not all patients accept any as upon calling Kashmira today also mentioned its out of stock throughout.

Whilst we researched dischem has it in stock again thanks as you tried to make a sale and cover up. Saying that they would have asked us. Hello madam you were not present this morning when this took place. And your assumption above is evident.

Thanks for not refunding the dispensing as you issued it incorrectly inconvenience me twice; two trips; phoning; waiting and a sick patient.

Beware consumers; take care. Hope and pray u don't experience same. As when u taste u will know. Medical world also a killer financially as well as money hungry monsters.
