Forced to buy generics

Good day

I have a huge problem with Jabulani mall pharmacy, each and every time my wife goes there to collect medication there should be some problem. If its not that they dispense the medication on the wrong code they claim not to have medication.

Today she went over to the pharmacy and she was told that the supplier does not have stock and she should take a generic. My argument is that my they have claimed a full amount from my medical aid (R540, 00) and yet we get a generic. When I ask the pharmasist (Desmond) about that he tells me there is nothing he can do.

Who is being ripped off here? Do I have to believe that there is no inter branch they can organize for my wife to get medication and another question is that is this done intentionally so that we can buy Clicks branded medication.

I need an answer as I can no longer accept this kind of service for my hard earned cash.
