Probably the worst service I’ve ever received!!!

I'm attempting to get all my claims in order so that we can submit the short fall for the birth of our child to our gap cover. I've just had a look online to see what the status is of our last few claims and it states that they were rejected. When I called, your agent said it was due to non-payment!!! You have been mandated to debit my account each month for the full membership fee, why did you not do this and why was I not notified of a shortfall. My account has now been suspended.

A simple telephone call or email would have sorted this all out. I can only guess that your accounts department did not update my debit order to reflect the addition of my newly born child. I notified you the day after he was born, do I now need to remind you to bill me accordingly too? I requested that an invoice for the shortfall be sent to me and I'll make payment. I'm still waiting.

I'm also battling to get an answer from you regarding a payment that was made to the provider instead of to me. I have already emailed you 4 times regarding this issue! The query is regarding claim number 2761261. The provider has now been paid in full by me as well as an additional R422.25 by you.
