MHG tells me to resubmit and then reject the claim

Theatre time on this account was shortpaid. you paid for 4 minutes instead of 41 minutes. I have phoned your call centre who said I must resubmit the account - which I did. Do you not have online reversing and reprocessing capabilities? I mean seriously.. this is 2013. Each admin system on the corner can handle that. Now you rejected the resubmitted account as a duplicate. Can someone with some assessing knowledge please capture the rest of the theatre time and pay the short paid amount to the doctor? Or should I rather take this up with the CMS? I am sure they would love to hear how MHG process claims and then rejects resubmissions - Just because I am not on GEMS does not mean you do not have to process my claims. you have 24 hrs to fix this.
