Well done to the fabulous staff

Well done and thank you to the professional, polite, caring, efficient, gentle, kind, and dedicated nursing and medical staff who attended to me yesterday and today. I am so impressed by all of you! I have been to numerous hospitals and have never felt so well cared for. I was treated as an actual person, not a number or a bed. I take my hat off to the staff for still keeping their heads up despite the administrative hiccups they have to endure -like not being supplied with sanitary towels for female patients in a female ward, having to deal with missing toilet seats and having to ask cleaning staff over and over to clean up messes left in the toilets. Through it all I witnessed the nursing staff maintain their grace and professionalism with a smile on their faces and readiness to assist each and every patient who needed them. Thank you ladies, your efforts and dedication are not unnoticed and are most appreciated by us patients who have been lucky enough to be attended to and cared for by you.
