Khayelitsha Hospital
Exellent service recieved from all the staff

I had made an appointment for my daughter for a tonsillectomy when I heard that it was Khayelitsha I was shocked but when I pulled up in front of the hospital I thought it was a medical center.when I drove up to the boom gates to ask the security where I should go he welcomed me and then advised me where to go and where I should park my car upon entering the hospital I was politely asked by the security where I want to be I told him and he showed me where to go all this done with a smile on their faces, when I got to the ward where we had to be the nursing staff was so helpful in explaining how the procedure would work and afterwards said that I should go down to admissions to get a folder for my daughter upon my return their were. 2 doctors there that explained what they are going to do, at this point in time I was so chuffed at how we were treated that I could not stop boasting with my sibling's about how the hospital looks and about the service we received I commend all the staff at khayelitsha pediatrics and the surgical team for the way they treat all the patients as I have never seen this kind of service at any of the other hospitals in Cape town keep up the good work guys
