Poor doctor/family communication. Nursing staff not willling to help. VERY "don't care" attitude. Not enough blankets, not willing to fetch from other wards. Patient too weak to bath or go to toilet, staff not willing to help. Forever busy at nurses station but not attending to patients. After patient has been admitted 3 times, still no decent prognosis. Not expected from a private hospital. The staff obviously is not aware of all the promises made on the hospital's website. Very frustrated family indeed!
