Lack of honesty with my refund

I have been with Nedgroup Medical aid administered by Medscheme for the past 2 years. Last year i changed my plan from saving to hospital plan and i was advised i would receved my savings by end of may. SInce then I have been dealing with Victoria Maynard one of your credit controllers who has been lying to me and giving me all the excuses theres is. End of may she said all refunds were released and would be received first week of June. First week of June she said before the end of the week. On the 10th of June after emailing her again she said refunds will be released that week and expect it before the end of the week. Yesterday the 18th I contacted her regarding my refunds and she told me she was going to enquire with her finance department and she still has not got back to me yet. I mean how long does it take to enquire with your finance department if you are in the credit department.

I want my refund as I am tired of being to and considering cancelling this medical aid as this is unacceptable service and dishonesty from a reputable company.
