I want to get medical aid for my mother but discovery does not seem to know what they need/want.

All I need from you guys is to let me know exactly what you need, and to call my mother and ask her the questions that you apparently need to ask her.

Not replying to our emails is not on.

Please help us urgently or do Discovery not want business.
