ACTUAL PREMIUM HIGHER THAN QUOTED PREMIUM

Bonitas quoted a premium of R 1, 013.00 to me on 03 May 2013 which I signed and accepted. I finally received my membership confirmation on 03 June 2013, but instead of the quoted amount, they are now asking R 2, 124.00. I have not been able to get hold of their agent (Mr Gert Britz) for several days and their call center agents (Paulina, Bobby & Patience) are giving me the go-around and telling me that my proof of monthly contribution and affidavit that I have sent to them (3 times already) is apparently unclear and therefore the higher premium must be paid. They are also saying that the application that THEIR agent had me completed last month is a 2012 form, NOW I AM ACCOUNTABLE for this mistake?

Surely it is illegal to quote one amount and then send a confirmation a month later for a much higher amount and state that you do not qualify for the quoted premium!!?
