Hi

On the 3rd May i called in to query my premium. First my premium was R620 and then went up to R725 which is like 25%. I was send a rerate notification on the 26/03/2013 why my premium was increased to R751.02 and the excess was R4770. I called a spoken to a lady by the name of Charlott Skhosana to query my premiums. Just mentioned to her not happy with premium. She looked at my policy and said to me that she can change to R624.07 and an access of R1500. So i questioned how was it now the access so low and previously wasa R4500. She told me that it was a system error but she will check and get back to me. I asked her to get a manager to call me with a better reason and to date no one has called me. So if i had not questioned this premium increase i would be paying a higher amount and higher access. Why is it now that my access has dropped so much and previously was so high. To my know it doesnt seem that my access was correctly quoted in the first palace. As for Charlotte she should be trained to give better reasoning and dont say system error or i dont know. I am still awaiting feedback from a manager to give me a call!!!
