How you can advertise that you will save people money, if you cant beat a quote or bend over backwards is beyond me, because your actions certainly do not speak loader than your words, I took out a homeloan with FNB, and you quoted insurance on building cover, but you quoted a ridiculous amount of R13 141.37 on a cover amount of R2 145 727.00, I called Lebu at your call centre, and she said she can drop the premium to R800, I told her this is still high and ridiculous she said she would speak to her manager about a better premium, because Old Mutual quoted me R515.17 with an access of R500.00 and I disclosed the exact same info to Old Mutual that Outsurance has, when I called back to the call Centre because Lebu did not even bother calling me back or escalating my dissatisfaction, an agent called Mphonye said that is the best she can do, managers cannot even get a better premium, what the agent says is what the premium will be and that is the best, when I told her so much for your ad about bending backwards, she arrogantly replied well that's the best, didn't even attempt to assist, you really should not advertise what you cannot execute.
