Over all I am satisfied with the service I receive from Discovery, however being on one of the less expensive products I feel that it is unacceptable to receive poor service. I have been holding on for the call centre to answer for the past 46 minutes and 56 seconds, being so frustrated I eventually put the phone down??? This is very poor service. I am appalled by this, not even at Vodacom earlier today did I wait on the phone for this long, after about 4 minutes they answered their phones.
