SARS Pinetown Parking / Traffic Fine

I went to the SARS Revenue Offices this morning. Upon arriving in my car I was greeting by a shoulder shrugging security guard standing behind the chain of dedicated parking area for SARS. Instead of giving me assistance with alternative parking he continued to shrug his shoulders at me.

The road outside the offices do not have any yellow lines or red lines or no 'No Parking' signs so I parked next to the curb of the entrance of parking, where other people parked. When I came out of the SARS building to my car there was a parking ticket. I feel because of your parking situation and that there is no 'no parking' signage on the streets around your office building, and your security guard was very unhelpful, it is SARS responsibility to pay this ticket!

For a company who prides itself on service their parking service is shocking! There is no ways that all the people visiting their office this morning could have been accommodated with their parking. And they could at least instruct their security guard to be more helpful, I'm sure they don't pay him to stand there shrugging his shoulders at their customers. No wonder only a tiny percentage of the country pay taxes!!!
