Unethical Business Practice

I bought a groupon voucher for Lil Miz Day Spa and clean forgot when my booking was for.
I contacted the spa just to be told that I missed my appointment. When I asked if I could please reschedule I was blatantly told NO.

If you don't show up for your appointment, that you've already paid for, they refuse to reschedule you and refuse to refund you.
They don't believe in giving the client a courtesy call to remind them about the appointment and if you don't show up on the day they don't bother phoning you either.

This is bad form and unprofessional for a spa in general and even more so one using groupon to network and expand their business base.

I'm disgusted and appalled that a company that survives on a customer base is operating under such unethical and uncompromising business conduct.

If you want to get ripped off then this is definitely the spa to use.
