Co- payments never paid out

To whom it may concern

i never knew of this page! 9 months ago i made a co-payment to my gynea for the birth of my son. i never received any pay out since i dropped the receipt in the drop box in hospital the day i left the hospital. when i realized i did not receive payment after 4 months, i send them an email. to date im still waiting on an answer from them... where i finally gave up & totally forgot about it. i never had this bad service before! Guess Discovery's service & on time delivery has dropped! And i totally lost my trust in them, which worries me because my son must undergo a ear operation in Sept and im just afraid for the co payments and short payments which i have to pay every time my kids visit their peads or gets booked into a hosp.
