CONSULTANT MADE AN EMPTY PROMISE, BAD SERVICE

Im so sad, frustrated and in a financial mess because I got an email that the claim for my daughter's hospitalisation for R4100.00 was not paid and Im requested to get the right ICD10 codes from Lesedi Clinic. I kindly asked Graig or Craig to email me the statement showing the ICD10 codes submitted or the bill document this was on the 22/05/2013 if Im not mistaken today is the 28/05/2013 and still no statement sent. That is pure bad service and worse I had to spend lots of money for internet access and travelling to the hospital after work trying to get this resolved. I called again today and left a message with Babalwa t oconvey to the consultant Craig to contact me and she confirmed my cell number I better hope he calls or atleast send me that statement on my Gmail address as I informed him I cannot access the self -service online (getting an IT error). Please teach the consultants to keep their word and save us calling Discovery over and over again, some people might be patients and dont have the patience to be take from pillar to post requesting a simple statement. That the most bad servce I have received.
