My 87 Year Old Grandmother used to belong to MediHelp BUT for some reason all MediHelp Clients got moved to GEM well to say the least the worst move she has been forced to do in 87 YEARS Medihelp at least knew how to look after their members.
I have been holding on at the call centre for the past hour I have been cut off twice and when I request to speak to a MANAGER or SUPERVISOR I am told none are available, all are miraculously in MEETINGS however if I call in and push the option for NEW MEMBERSHIP I receive immediate attention? My Grandmother is on a TOP PLAN (Onyx) and the fact that one of her claims which GEM have had for more than a MONTH is still not paid and the SERVICE PROVIDER is calling my 87 year OLD GRAN and wants to take back her HEARING AID is pathetic to say the least!!!

I expect to be contacted by someone in a MANAGERS position as this issue is far beyond your call centre now and would be construed as an insult if it was not addressed correctly by one of your managers.
