Medihelp not paying costs on hospital plan

With a fully paid Medihelp 'Dimension Plan 1' hospital plan in place, I on 24 October 13 landed in hospital after a serious car accident. Medihelp is now refusing to pay the 100% costs for treatment in hospital because it was administered in the 'trauma unit' of the hospital and not in a hospital ward. The "Dimension Plan 1'' benefits brochure of Medihelp does not say in what part of the hospital. Trauma' treatment needs to administered. I was discharged the following day. Yesterday (27 Nov) I was informed by the Medihelp call centre (Kayla) that they were not going to pay the costs for my treatment in hospital. This is seen to be Breach of Contract.
