Bad dealing with accounts department

I have received an account ref. V1500369 which was not for me. The patient details was mine but I was not in the area on 8 11 2012 because I live in Hoedspruit about 550 kms away. I also do not know and have never seen the doctor (M Verbeek of Krugerdorp). There is a signature on the lab form which is not mine and also a Pick and Pay medical aid number which I do not belong to. After about ten weeks of telephonic communication Lancet advised me that the amount was now written off. I then received a final statement with a zero balance with remark that it was written off because of bad debt. I do not owe Lancet Laboratories any money and feel unhappy because I had to phone them continuously for feedback. I was also threatened that I will be handed over to their lawyers. I have asked to speak to a supervisor or manager to try and resolve the matter but was not successful.
