Momentum service leaves much to be desired

Hi Momentum Health
In response to your response, which I have copied below, I meant my gynae (which I didn't want to say on a public forum but there you go). I now have a cheque for R200ish, which is a waste to deposit at the bank and takes more energy than it's worth. The processes and structures for reimbursement at Momentum Health are so unclear and I am treated like a number, not a person. I won't be recommending Momentum Health to anyone that asks me, and the main reasons will be because the service is terrible, the consultants don't make very simple things clear, responses on email take up to a week to receive, and I don't feel like a valued client. Discovery has made me feel like a valued client, and I would prefer to pay a little more and not worry about bad service and lack of clarity in processes. Thanks for your response, but it's a too little, too late.
