Regrettably I joined One Plan as they represented me for the period in question. I have recently received a message to tell me that I have been handed over to ITC-BA, when phoning them they advised that I am owing Lancet for 30/03/2012 which is nearly 2 years ago? I advised that I had never been given an account and had I received one I would have paid, however in 2 years no-one contacted me or mailed me or posted me anything? I contacted Lancet Customer Services whereby the lady could not even pick up any accounts under my ID number or name and surname; however when I gave her the ITC-BA ref number she picked it up. The details on the account where also incorrect.

Due to what ever issue Lancet has with the account whether it is not for me or that the information was wrong and I never received the account, i have now been handed over. I have expressed to both companies that I am unhappy with the situation and will not pay ITC for anything as this is a fault on Lancet side.

This matter is to be dealt with by the manager in charge and sorted out, as I have also been informed by One Plan that they settled the accounts for this consultation from NEARLY 2 YEARS AGO.
