Pay the claim from the health save

I've now put in a claim for the 4th month of the script (you paid the previous times) and you keep on rejecting the claim due to the fact that you don't claim it to be paid from the health saver but try to pay it out of the medical aid something

I phoned last month and now it shows due to me it must be paid to the provider not me R275.52 to provider and again for this month script R252.52

I still have 2 months left on the 6 month script can you please put a note on the system so that it can be processed

and please pay the provider for the April and May claim

is that to difficult to understand
