Optics don't want to pay

This problem has been coming on from January. First the optometrists sent the wrong billing through as they didn't know what to do, I had to sort that mess out, not Momentum as they did't want to contact the supplier and told me I had to. Then they said my spectacles were not clinically essential and the optom had to send a motivation, again, I had to inform the optom. (Even though two years ago while Carecross was the provider I was given a pair with the same script.). It took them 3 weeks to decline the motivation and now when the oprom wants to resubmit the claim just for the eye test they say they won't pay as the claim is stale. I understand if this was the first time that the claim is submitted then the claim would be stale, but this has been submitted at least 5 times where every time I had to sort this out. Can someone please get both the optom and Optilcear on the same page and at least get them to pay the eye test.

You can see on my claims submission that numerous claims have been lodged, each one having a problem.
