Please can you advise where I can view a statement which shows the REDUCTION, let me say it again REDUCTION, of my self payment gap!!!
I have just had the most irritating, frustration, infuriating call with a lady who had no clue what I was looking for, and when she eventually did understand what I was looking for (after 30 minutes of explanation from me) she could not provide me with the information!!!
I am so tired of bad service!!!
