Bad management

My husband and I decided to have a breakfast at JB's. corner, while halfway through the meal I saw a man (which later turned out to be the manager), standing at the top of the stairs wildly gesturing at a staff member. He then came down the stairs and was digging his fingers into the guy wiping down the table. He was been extremely rude and was quite violent with the staff member. I loudly voiced my disapproval. The 'manager' came over and asked if I had a problem. I told him he was been very rude and needed to take a course in management.
When my husband voiced his concern he told my husband it was not any of his business. He had his way of " dealing" with THESE people.
I have not ever seen another human being been so badly treated in any restaurant and I have been in many eateries around the world.
I feel sick having seen such a public display of one person using their management position to humiliate another human being. This " manager" has no morals.
