Rude and not helpful

I arrived at the Brooklyn Spur in Pretoria at 10h55 and was seated straight away. I asked for the breakfast and the staff member said he will ask the manager. Pieter the manager then came to me after being rude to the staff member and said it was too late for breakfast. I said that I arrived before 11am but he refused stating that the owner said that. He was really rude and unhelpful and I will never go to that Spur again. I am a regular Spur visitor and I will make sure all my friends will hear about this.
