Terrible service

On Saturday evening my husband and I visited steers Fordsburg for supper. My husband ordered a King steer combo and I had a prince burger combo...

My husband took a bite of his meal and saw that the 1 pattie was PINK inside. He removed it and ate the other pattie with the bun. I then started eating off mine and half way through my meal, mine too was raw inside. I went to the manager and complained and was enraged and did not want a replacement meal. I requested a refund. The manager said I was being unreasonable as my husband ate the 1 pattie and the bun and i had already eaten half of my burger. He then called another manager who then agreed to give me a refund for the Prince burger combo. When i got to the counter, the manager refunded me R30 saying that they said they will refund for a Prince burger only.

I suggest you hire staff that can firstly prepare food correctly and employ management staff that do not goback on their word! I will not be visiting the store again..
