I went to the above store last week. had a problem because Mango t-shirts were differently priced. size small was more expensive than a size large. this didnt make sense to me. i therefore checked with a Mango staff member who was friendly and took it up with a manager. the manager couldnt resolve the matter with the staff member. I then approcahed the manager for clarity. the first thing he said was he will not give me the t-shirt at a discount, its either I take it or leave it with the price i see on the tag. mind you he was shouting, and walking away from me. I told him what he was doing was rude, and unprofessional, shouting at me, and the staff member without really listening to my concern. I then told him i will report him. he said i can do it as he does not care. HIs name is Enoch Khoza. I took it with Tshepo whom I assumed was the branch manager, he recorder the incident into thier complaint book, and asked what should be done to Enoch. I said disclipinary hearing, customer service, and management training. I was promised a response within 72, and its been a week. behaviour like that should not be left, but dealth with. I feel like he has disrespected me.
