Shocking service

We arrived this evening at 7.15. Ordered 3 salads.By 8.20 our food had not arrived. We asked for our drinks bill and left. No apology from any management at all. A few weeks ago ordered take away haloumi salads. When we got home it was checked salads. When we phoned they weren't even apologetic. Question. Will I be going back???
