Very unhappy customer (Reference # 2695500798)

I am not amused with Discovery regarding the following matter. I put in a claim for a procedure done on the 2nd January 2013. The amount comes to of R15, 218, 75 for the Doctor. Discovery are only covering just over R9k for the claim. I am told it is not according to the medical aid rate. It is up to client's which doctors they want to see. I am a very angry customer and am not amused by this at all. I haven't claimed from you in over 5 years'. I had the same procedure done 5 years' ago and you paid the full amount which was also app R15k.
