On 26/03 (Ref. 590621423) I was informed that my PMB benefits was paid from my savings since the ICD coding was wrong. On 16/04 Marinda Fouche resubmited all her claims with the correct ICD code and you paid her. I then send an email to Ruth Singh on 22/04 asking when you will reverse the claims you paid out of my savings. I got a call to say it will take 3-4 working days. On Thursday, 09/05 I phoned again, since my savings is still as it was. Ref. 2815875318 - I was told today I will have my savings back. Today, nothing! So I phoned again and spoke to Monique Peterson. He could only pick up 3 claims that was duplicated and not 5. I left a message for him to phone me and is till waiting. You owe me R4707.66 back in my savings for claims paid out of my savings on 07/02, 14/02, 21/02, 28/02 and 07/03.

How can it take more that a month to sort this out??? I got bills that needs to go through my savings & since you just take your time, I am the one suffering. Is this how Discovery treats their people?
