Lack of Response Regarding Medical Claim Query

Good Day,

I have been submitting claims for a eye infection that my wife has suffered. She has been to two specialists that have attended to her. I have been claiming this back from my medical aid and these claims have been paid out of my savings account. According to the specialist this should not be the case. I have in turn made a query with my last claim submitted and this was simply paid out again from my medical savings without any explanation.

I have then forwarded a query to the info mail address last week on the 27/08/2013 and have still not received a response.

All I want is a valid and proper explanation as to why these claims are been paid from my medical savings when advised by a specialist that not all costs should be deducted from same for the treatment received. I require a written reply.
