Dishonest, steeling members money from savings

I was in hospital from 8 January till 17 January, authorisation was received from Discovery now they process certain claims thru my savings!
according to discovery they pay 100% for hospitalisation but yet they take money from savings for the time i was in hospital.
This is totally unacceptable!!!
