Claims incorrectly paid from savings!

After having a transplant in sept 2013 i had to have out of hospital pathology tests done for my pmb condition at various intervals. i was advised by bankmed that the doctor will have to motivate for these bloods (how often they will be needed as well as the relevant diagnosis and tariff codes). subsequently I did receive the approval for these tests to be paid from insured/pmb benefit so on 26th nov 2013 all my claims that were paid from savings were escalated for reversal by loraine (ref 151557656). The reversal was done and the various claims were then paid from the pmb benefit however my savings were never re-imbursed. The test dates are as follows: 25 sept, 27 sept, 1 oct, 4 oct, 10 oct, 15 oct, 24 oct, 7 nov, 21 nov, 11 dec. Could someone please ensure my savings are re-imbursed as it over R2000 that was incorrectly used from my savings. as a result my savings were depleted and i had to end up paying cash for medication i needed in december 2013.
