They cant call me back

I called Discovery trying to figure out why they debited my account, it took the guy so long to figure it out till my phone was cut and I couldnt speak anymore. Now whats shoking is that I asked him to call me back cos Im running out of airtime and he told me he cant, what a service. How is it that Discovery such a big company fail to call their clients back?
