Discovery Health a big disappoinment

I've been a client of Discovery for many years, I've changed emplyment and since remained with Discovery ever since and now that I'm working for another co. they withdraw my membership frommy previous company to the new one, issue me with a new nedical aid number without explaining the process to me, fail to add my son as a dependant, we discover on ly when he goes to the doc that he's not covered and now they say i cancelled my membership midyear (how dumb can i be) and blacklisted me for R3400.00.I called to query this, was told a manager would contact me since Monday, never happened. I pay an arm and a leg for medical aid, walking next to my shoes and this is the treatment I get. WE NEED A COMPETITOR FOR DISCOVERY HEALTH PLEASE, get them off business in a split second!! We need a compnay who render great service and take care of their clients!!!
