Im so so happy with the outcome

I had a big problem where Discovery listed me on ITC for R27000.00 hospital bill because of the unpaid prem in Sept. I lodged a complaint and supported the reasons on why I can not pay this amount. Danita promised to investigate and find a solution to the problem. She kept intouch, informed me about what she was doing etc. She came back and told me that if I can pay the Sept premiums all my claims will be processed. I did the payment last weekend and she confirmed receiving it and asked me to wait for her feedback, Today she sent me an email that ALL IS DONE AND SORTED... she told me that because I paid the Sept prem, they have decided to process my claims and I don't owe them anything. I cant believe this and I still pinch myself to check if im awake. The thought of a R27 000 debt when im sick and have just started working and earning a little salary almost killed me. I was stressed and couldn't sleep, but Discovery came through for me. I currently don't have a medical aid and the day I decide to join one again, it will definitely be Discovery.
