The service I get from Optipharm is frustrating. I always ahve to call them when my chronic medication runs out so that they deliver. The delivery is supposed to be automatic whenver a script is still active. As it is, I have had to go for 2 days without meds. Its unfair to have to call every month to trace what has happened.
